Agility Quality Assurance

Agility Quality Assurance (TQA) is a unique concept in client relationships. Developed to satisfy the need of a banking client in 1992, TQA has evolved into a program which offers Agility quality with mass marketing abilities.

TQA acts as a key partner in the management of large scale and continuous campaigns. Because each client may express particular needs, the TQA Program has been designed to work in total (all components active) and modularized to fit the needs on a program by program basis.

Any one component of TQA can be chosen for use by the client. The major functions of TQA are:

Working to establish agency selection criteria.
Aiding in selection process/price negotiation.
Developing policy and guideline manuals detailing scripting, education, MIS, and credit requirements.
Developing plans for work load coordination.
Educating TSRs and CSRs
Providing procedures for transmission processing.
Coordinating sales flow and procedures.
Providing quality check on all sales.
Transmitting all agency work to clients in controlled environments.
Providing daily reporting according to client specifications.
Checking all billing from agencies to assure accuracy.
Developing all forms per client instructions.
Monitoring agencies on a consistent and time efficient basis.
